Through our website, you will have access to various materials, including but not limited to Payroll Reports, Certificates of Insurance, Claim Detail, Loss Runs, and other web-based services that are released by CompSource Mutual in the future. By clicking below to register for access to the CompSource Mutual Online Services, you agree to the CompSource Mutual Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy, and the following additional terms and conditions.

  1. Online Services is presently a free service provided by CompSource Mutual to active policyholders and agents in its sole discretion. CompSource Mutual is under no obligation to provide access to Online Services and may terminate or limit access to Online Services at any time for any reason.
  2. The User agrees to use Online Services for the sole purpose of assisting CompSource Mutual in the preventing of injuries, investigation, medical and disability management, including return to work, settlement, pursuit of subrogation and to assure claims data integrity. The viewing, printing or downloading of any content, graphic or document from the site grants you only a limited, non-exclusive license for use solely by you which is necessary to carry out the contractual obligations between User and CompSource Mutual and not for republication, distribution, assignment, sublicense, sale, preparation of derivative Online Services or other use. No part of any content, form or document may be reproduced in any form or incorporated into any information retrieval system, electronic or mechanical, other than for your use which is necessary to carry out the contractual obligations between you and CompSource Mutual but not for resale or redistribution).
  3. Access to the materials and services is provided only to authorized users for the purposes set forth herein. Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited. User is solely responsible for protecting the privacy of its User ID, as well as maintaining the confidentiality of any information obtained using Online Services. User agrees to exercise reasonable care in allowing employees of its organization to access Online Services. We and our affiliated parties have no liability whatsoever for the protection of the privacy of your User ID and shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including, but not limited to damages for loss of business, loss of profits, litigation or the like), whether based on breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise with regard to the privacy of your User ID.
  4. User shall advise CompSource Mutual immediately of all instances, that it has knowledge of, in which a designated person has a conflict of interest while being able to access Online Services. By way of illustration but not by limitation, a conflict of interest can arise when a designated person has both access and has a claim for benefits either for themselves or their relatives or with an individual with whom they have a personal relationship. User agrees to disclose to CompSource Mutual the exact nature of the conflict of interest. CompSource Mutual will make the determination as to whether or not the designated person will have access to the claim(s) and information in question. Furthermore, User agrees to fully cooperate with CompSource Mutual and remain in strict compliance with this Agreement at all times up to and after the disclosure is made to CompSource Mutual.
  5. The workings of Online Services represent a trade secret of CompSource Mutual and its subsidiaries and business partners. The content, organization, gathering, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversions and other matters related to the site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights, and the copying, redistribution, use or publication by User of any such content or any part of the site without the express written permission of CompSource Mutual is prohibited. Excepted from this prohibition is reproduction of information which is necessary to carry out the contractual obligations between User and CompSource Mutual, however, said reproduction shall only be as narrow as that necessary to effectuate said contractual obligations.
  6. User acknowledges that the information and resources contained within Online Services are sensitive, proprietary and confidential and that disclosure of this information will irreparably harm CompSource Mutual. User acknowledges that it will view sensitive and private medical information and confidential proprietary information by viewing Online Services. User acknowledges that said information is not for secondary release or disclosure. User agrees that if said confidential information is disclosed, then User is solely responsible for any damages claimed to arise out of the disclosure by any aggrieved third party or CompSource Mutual. (This clause in no way relieves User’s obligations set forth in paragraph 8 below.)
  7. User may not use Online Services to aid in obtaining insurance coverage from another insurance company.
  8. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY and INDEMNITY sections set forth in the CompSource Mutual Terms and Conditions are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between CompSource Mutual and User. The information provided by CompSource Mutual to User from this site would not be provided without such limitations.
