ConsultCare

When a workplace injury occurs, it is imperative the employee receive care as quickly as possible. Sometimes it’s obvious that an emergency room or urgent care visit is necessary, but deciding what to do about less serious incidents, like a slip, sprain, insect bite or a cut, can be intimidating, confusing and costly. Often you and your employee would just like the peace of mind of speaking to a medical professional.

CompSource Mutual has partnered with Coventry, operating the most extensive medical network in Oklahoma, to provide our policymembers with ConsultCare, a service which allows you to receive a consultation from a medical professional 24-hours a day. One quick call to ConsultCare will assist in getting your injured employee the appropriate care within minutes by allowing them to speak to a registered nurse. In addition to peace of mind, ConsultCare can save the cost of an emergency room visit when urgent care, doctor’s visit or self-care is all that’s necessary.
