The CompSource Mutual Leadership team hit the road earlier this year to host a series of Agent Lunch-and-Learn meetings across the state. The meetings focused on the company’s new practices, enhanced commission structure and recent improvements to operational efficiency; making it easier for agents to do business with CompSource Mutual. Additionally, agents were encouraged to ask questions and offer feedback on ways CompSource Mutual could help to streamline processes for the agents.
President and CEO Jason Clark said, “These meetings are invaluable to CompSource Mutual and something we plan to continue throughout the year because they allow us to sit down with our agent partners and discuss how we can help each other improve our businesses. Being a knowledgeable and trusted partner for the business community is part of our mission and these meetings provide us an opportunity to better understand the challenges agents face.”
The lunch sessions are just one of many ongoing initiatives to enhance the partnership between CompSource Mutual and the independent agent community. The company has also its Agent Advisory Council in 2013 and meets quarterly to collaborate and identify solutions to improve the agent and customer experiences.
